Shirley holds a qualification in Teaching diploma (STD and FED), Diploma in safety management, Grade B in security (Service Provider). She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management with Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Tshidi Mndzebele

Tshidi holds a B-Tech degree in Industrial Engineering obtained through the University of Johannesburg, a Post- graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) obtained through the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).

She is highly experienced in business improvement, procurement and supply chain, having worked in the automotive, financial, railway, mining and petrochemical industries. She has an in-depth knowledge of Procurement Process Re-engineering and Strategic Sourcing across a number of direct and indirect categories of spend for private and public sector organizations. Throughout this tenure, Tshidi has been instrumental in efficiently and profitably growing the companies she served within her various roles. Her extensive operational and leadership experience brings valuable perspective to C Suite and Board levels.

Tshidi has delivered significant cost savings of more than R500mil throughout her strategic sourcing experience through developing procurement strategies, embedding category management methodologies, contract negotiation, supplier management, e-auctions, process re-engineering, Total Cost of Ownership and Life-cycle Management initiatives. She has a good understanding of ERP systems underpinning procurement/sourcing and supply chain processes and is fully experienced in SAP MM/WM and Emptoris, including a good knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, category planning & management and stakeholder management. Tshidi is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa and currently serves as a Council Member for the Southern African Institute for Industrial Engineering council.

Shirley Hlebela

She is a renowned businesswoman with acute entrepreneurial skills and great leadership qualities and has successfully developed numerous business ventures and achieved great success.

Amongst her various business interests Shirley also owns a brick making company. She aspires to Collaborate with tyres, tiles as well as rubber lining manufacturers and other construction companies to expand her business operations.
